ASML Netherlands has leases approx. 4200 sqm of office space and 100 parking places at business parc Flight Forum in Eindhoven. ASML was already located in this building and was able to close down a new lease agreement. The office space is part of a very moden building, called "Silver Forum", with offices, distribution spaces and cleanrooms. With this agreement the building has been completely leased for a large number of years.

MAB Development Nederland BV and Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. have agreed to the sale of the new Benelux Head Office of ESPRIT Nederland at the ‘Het Parc’ location in Amstelveen (NL).

Construction of the three-storey building with an available floor surface area of around 5,700 m² and 111 parking spaces started in September 2009 soon after MAB Development and ESPRIT came to a rental agreement for the new HQ and showroom.

Vescom has sold her textile factory ‘’De Ploeg’’ at the Riethovensedijk 20 in Bergeijk to the residential building corporation Wooninc. in Eindhoven. The building consist about 1.500 sqm office space, 10.000 sqm working space and several empty space.
The location of this building and the architecture which designed by Gerrit Rietveld makes the factory very special. The purchase price amounts to € 4.500.000,00 and Colliers International represented Vescom.
